How can I register?

You can request a ticket by navigating to the homepage, select "register" and "order now". Please note that business emails are required to register. Those registering with their personal email addresses will not be granted a ticket.

What is included in the in-person experience? 

The best experiences are immersive ones. Cultivate Europe 2024 will take place in-person on June 11 at Rosewood London, Covent Garden. There will be several keynotes and sessions, food and beverage (breakfast, lunch, and snacks), and many opportunities for fun and networking.

You will be required to show your ID when checking in to the event. 

What is the cost to attend Cultivate 2024?

In-person registration is £200. This price will include access to all in-person sessions, breakfast and lunch, networking activities and receptions, a discounted room block at Rosewood London, and all on-demand sessions post event. 

You will be able to pay with a debit or credit card (Cultivate uses Stripe for payment processing). 

How do I use a promotional code?

If you have been given a promotional code, click ‘register’, add “promo code”, click "apply and order now". Ensure there are no additional spaces. 

Is there a virtual component of Cultivate?

Virtual registration is complimentary and includes access to one live-streamed keynote during the event. This session will have the description “live streamed” on the agenda. This ticket will not grant live access to the remainder of the sessions and breakouts without the “live streamed” description.

How do I find the confirmation email?

You should receive a confirmation email approving your ticket. If you can’t find the email, please search your inbox for an email from registrations@bizzabo.com. Additionally, please check your spam folder. If you are still having trouble, please email events@eightfold.ai. 

When will recorded sessions be available?

Not all sessions will be recorded. Those which are approved for on-demand tickets will be released 60 days post event. 

How can I cancel my ticket? 

If you are not able to attend, please email events@eightfold.ai as spaces are limited, and we can reallocate your ticket. Alternatively, you can request a ticket cancellation through your confirmation email. 

A 100% refund will be granted if the request is received 30 business days prior to the scheduled event. A 50% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received 10 business days prior to the scheduled event. No refunds will be granted if the request is received within fewer than 10 days to the scheduled event.

If the event is canceled by Eightfold, registrants may be extended a full 100%.

Is there a room block? 

Cultivate attendees will have access to a limited number of discounted rooms at the event venue. Please refer to your registration email for the room block link.

There are transportation links from all London airports and rail stations. The nearest underground stop to Rosewood London is Holborn, which is a very short walk (500 feet/140 metres) along High Holborn from the hotel.
