What is Cultivate?

Cultivate is our premier annual event for talent professionals ready to transform their organisations with today’s top HR practices and latest technologies.

In today’s fast-changing workforce, aligning the right people, plans, and processes is critical. At Cultivate, industry thought leaders, analysts, and top brands will present their latest research and experiences to show you how HR can lead organisational change and drive growth, with ample time to network with peers undergoing their own talent transformations.

How can I register?

You can request a ticket by navigating to the homepage, select register, choose your ticket and "order now". Please note that business emails are required to register. Those registering with personal email addresses will not be granted a ticket.

What is included in the in-person experience? 

The best experiences are immersive ones. Cultivate ’25 is taking place June 10, 2025 at Rosewood London, U.K. The day will include keynotes, practitioner sessions, product announcements, food and beverage (breakfast, lunch, and snacks), and opportunities for fun and networking.

You will be required to show your ID when checking in to the event. 

What is the cost to attend Cultivate '25 Europe?

In-person registration is £ 399. This price will include access to all keynotes and sessions, breakfast and lunch, welcome and evening receptions, discounted room block (available in your confirmation email), and all on-demand sessions post event. 

You will be able to pay with a debit or credit card (Cultivate uses Stripe for payment processing). 

How do I use a promotional code?

If you have been given a promotional code, click "register," add “promo code,” click "apply and order now." Ensure there are no additional spaces. 

Is there a virtual component of Cultivate?

Virtual registration will go live May 5, 2025. This will include access to one live streamed keynote, details provided closer to the event. 

This ticket will not grant live access to all other sessions and breakouts.

How do I find the confirmation email?

You should receive a confirmation email approving your ticket. If you can’t find the email, please search your inbox or spam folder for an email from events@eightfold.ai. If you are still having trouble, please email events@eightfold.ai. 

When will recorded sessions be available?

Not all sessions will be recorded. Those which are approved for on-demand tickets will be released 30 days post event. 

How can I cancel my ticket? 

If you are not able to attend, please email events@eightfold.ai as spaces are limited, and we can reallocate your ticket. Alternatively, you can request a ticket cancellation through your confirmation email. 

A 100% refund will be granted if the request is received 30 business days prior to the scheduled event. A 50% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received 10 business days prior to the scheduled event. No refunds will be granted if the request is received within fewer than 10 days to the scheduled event.

If the event is canceled by Eightfold, registrants may be extended a 100% refund.

Is there a room block? 

Cultivate attendees will have access to a limited number of rooms at Rosewood London for a discounted price of £399 plus VAT. Please refer to your registration email for the room block link.

There are transportation links from all London airports and rail stations. The nearest underground stop to Rosewood London is Holborn, which is a very short walk (500 ft) along High Holborn from the hotel.

Travelling to the UK 

Effective January 8, 2025, U.S. citizens will need an ETA for travel to the UK. You can find further information and apply for an ETA on the UK government website.
